The TCDSB offers an upgrading program that helps learners improve their reading, writing, math and computer skills for work, study and everyday life. Classes are tailored to each learner's needs. We also offer financial literacy if the need arises.

ELIGIBILITY: Be an Ontario resident, 19 years or older, and have no High School diploma, and be able to speak English well (at least CLB 6), and
be legally able to work in Ontario
